Ullapol, Scotland

August 19: Hopefully I’m not jinxing the rest of the trip but the weather was incredible again today. Since leaving August 2 we have not had one rainy day! 😎

Today we explored the tiny town of Ullapol, our first port in Scotland. We anchored away from the port and tendered into town.

Ullapool is famous as a picturesque fishing village and a gateway to the Scottish Highlands and the Outer Hebrides. It’s known for its stunning natural beauty, rich cultural heritage, and vibrant art scene. The town’s location on the shores of Loch Broom offers breathtaking scenery and is a popular base for exploring the surrounding mountains and coastline.

Entertainment tonight is …..

Great entertainment – totally unexpected!

Tomorrow …. Orkney Islands!
