June 15 – Day 20 – Isafjördur, Iceland

Second stop at this port on the way to Greenland. Different excursion and different pictures 🙃

Today we visited a little village called Bolungarik Village where we visited an out door fishing museum, complete with fisherman 😁

At our next stop we were serenaded by a young Icelander, who had a wonderful voice – if you would like to hear one of the songs – CLICK HERE.

Following this, we visited a local waterfall, which was not only beautiful but we were able to drink the water! It was icy cold and delicious! We were grateful that our guide filled the pitchers instead of us! 😂

After this, we returned to the dock and took a stroll around town, having a slice of pizza and some Icelandic ice cream. We decided that Eders is still number 1. 🍦

Tomorrow will be a sea day, so I might just post some links to some of the music around the ship, which has been excellent. I also need to go through some pictures to see what I’ve forgotten to post because it hasn’t fallen into a “category”.

Defending the puzzle people …
Ready for the show!
